We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of key accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth through long-term customer partnerships and innovative project execution. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building strong client relationships while leading large teams, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn full P&L accountability and oversee operations to align with company goals and vision.Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on both short-term initiatives and long-term strategic plans.Build and grow trusted relationships with new and existing clients, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring customer success.Expand our product footprint by identifying client needs and recommending tailored solutions across PC, Notebook, handheld, and Server product lines.Drive project planning and milestone execution across the account lifecycle.Oversee vendor and supplier performance, including pricing, quality, and customer service—ensuring exceptional support and technical assistance when needed.Requirements15+ years of experience in Account Management (AM) and/or Project Management (PM) within the electronics industry.10+ years of experience leading AM and PM teams, with a proven track record managing over 20 team members.Demonstrated success in long-term key account management, including developing strategic client roadmaps.Product experience across PC, Notebook, handheld devices, and Server solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.To apply it, please send your resume to christine.chen@morganphilips.com
