If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Functional Testing Manager/Staff Engineer located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.Reporting to the Design Center Head or EE Director, the Functional Testing Manager/ Staff Engineer role involves responsibilities to lead testing team or act a professional staff engineer to complete each project to meet customer’s requirement in Power Supply Unit/Power Solutions.What a typical day looks like:

Lead testing team for developing and implementing Test and Automation process with a focus on power supply product (SMPS, BBU, Chargers/Adaptors, Wireless Chargers), interfacing with test equipment and fixturing, as well as needed electrical test circuit in jigs.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field of equivalent experience and requires a minimum of 6 years of for PSU, UPS, BBU or EV charger testing experiences.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills (in Mandarin and English) is required.
