-Develop and implement EHS budget and plan in order to comply with Safety, Health & PSM requirements. -Implement and support process safety management initiatives for high-volume manufacturing. -Lead risk analysis and process hazard identification for new fabrication tools, supporting systems, and facilities conveying hazardous chemicals. -Work with site EHS, Facility, and Fab Engineers to define and implement process safety solutions and strategies. -Oversee changes to procedures, equipment, or processes for safety impacts and necessary mitigation. -Support engineering teams through process safety audits and detailed reviews of chemical and tool safety. -Act as a subject matter expert during process safety event investigations. -Manage process safety metrics and address gaps in performance. -Support implementation of process safety improvements and review impacts from new technology transfers. -Work with engineering teams to build and implement solutions for mitigating identified hazards and risks. -Promote safe and compliant workplace.
