Come join us and make a positive impact in the world!Full job descriptionAs a Process Engineer, you'll be responsible for enhancing and sustaining PCB and wafer plating processes. Your job will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues, implement upgrades, promote process capability, adopt best-known practices, and explore new technologies.Education & Experience
  • College degree or above, Major in Material Science & Engineering/ Chemistry/ Applied Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering
  • 5+ years of process engineering experience in semiconductor or printed circuit board manufacturing operation is preferred.
Day To Day Responsibilities
  • Optimize process variation and eliminate impact through DOE and statistical data analysis.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify improvement opportunities through equipment upgrades, new materials, or processing technology.
  • Propose enhancements to existing manufacturing practices based on industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Ensure customer quality and delivery requirements are met by collaborating across the organization.
  • Conduct process development experiments for new lines and provide support for technology transfers and scaling up.
  • Effective communication with interdisciplinary teams to execute projects.
  • Occasional travel to customer locations required for process development, new operations, and improvement projects in Asia and the US.
Desired Skills
  • Promote and strong ‘customer focus’ attitude.
  • Six Sigma and DMAIC project management skills.
  • Proficient in statistical data analysis using Excel, JMP, or Minitab.
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in project management from start to finish.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and organizational/planning skills for managing responsibilities and interacting with various functions across the site/business.
  • Effective priority setting and organizational management.
  • Adept in driving change using negotiation and influence.
