THE ROLEThe Process Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring that the Isola manufacturing plant has the necessary manufacturing process capability (man, machine, process) to deliver high-quality products to our customers consistently. The Engineering Manager coordinates plant engineering for issue resolution and efficiency optimization while working closely with plant Operations management, Global Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Sourcing. He/she will focus on plant capacity, product issue resolution to ensure the manufacture of high-quality, high-yield products.Job Responsibilities:1. Cooperate with the global team to introduce new products, new processes, new equipment and new raw materials into mass production.2. Evaluate of process equipment or technical capabilities required for new products.3. Root cause analyze and to solve the quality issue by optimizing process parameters.4. Establish and maintain operating standards on both software & hardware for production process.5. Establish and maintain BOM, bill of materials.6. Review customer requirements and specifications to manage engineering and technical documents.7. Review and develop safety standards for chemical raw material storage and use, and develop of safety process.8. Coach and develop talents9. Other tasks as requested by Management.Qualifications:1. BS or higher degree in an engineering discipline; Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, etc.2. Minimum 5 years of engineering leadership experience required.3. PCB, Laminate industry preferred.4.
