Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy IT Business Analyst to support our retail and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Power BI, data integration, and e-commerce project implementation. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from large datasets, optimize online platforms, and support IT solutions that drive business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support e-commerce system implementation and integration projects across various digital platforms.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify business needs and translate them into IT solutions.Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms).Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.Coordinate with external vendors and internal developers to ensure timely delivery of IT enhancements.Provide user training and support to non-technical business users.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in IT-related roles, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.Hands-on experience with Power BI (report creation, DAX, data modeling).Experience in e-commerce platform setup and integration (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus).Strong skills in SQL or other data query tools for data extraction and manipulation.Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or inventory systems commonly used in retail environments.Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions and levels.
