2. 定期拜訪客戶，維繫穩定客戶關係。
3. 負責專案推廣 & 協助公司行銷活動。
4. 客戶抱怨處理
5. 跨部門溝通協調，包括工廠內部、客戶服務、運輸調度、財務中心等。
