- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand product reach and revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with partners to develop sales strategies and plans that drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing training and support to partners on product offerings, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement channel marketing programs, including roadshows and webinars, to support partner sales efforts.
- Manage and resolve partner concerns and issues promptly, ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze partner sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for channel partners.
- Capable of managing end-to-end projects from conception to execution, ensuring that all partner activities align with our business goals and objectives.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbal and written communication.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in partnership development and management.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Established connections in the agency sector.
- Experience organizing and participating in roadshows and webinars.
