About Our ClientOur client is a well-known MNC FMCG company in the world. They have strong product portfolio and they are now looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee one of the biggest channels in Taiwan.Job Description
  • Achieve sales targets by formulating strategies and solutions in collaboration with customers, fostering profitable business partnerships.
  • Demonstrate expertise in budget and payment management to efficiently manage investments.
  • Improve customer contribution through strategic mix and planning, ensuring long-term profitability.
  • Manage Joint Business Plans (JBPs), customer cycle management, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor actions to develop effective plans for market share growth.
  • Identify potential opportunities for mutual benefit through insightful action plans.
  • Drive in-store execution to align with business and category objectives.
The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years solid key account management experience in well-known MNC FMCG companies
  • Familiar with Modern Trade channels in Taiwan
  • Able to negotiate terms and conditions with clients individually
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Resilient, agile mindset to thrive in ambiguity, uncertainty, and high-pressure situations.
  • Proven ability to challenge the status quo and navigate tough negotiations.
