
Senior Director, BU Head (OEM/ODM)

- Lead, manage, and develop a New Business Unit (in the fields of Consumer Electronics, Internet of Things, or Automotive Electronics), accountable for Profit & Loss for the BU.
- Work closely with key client(s). Create and implement winning sales strategies that align the company’s goals of growth and technical/operational resources. Look for new demands or opportunities of new markets, applications, and services.
- Provide sales and operational leadership, including strategic planning, resources allocation, budgeting, sales forecasting, ROI, and talent development.
- Create and implement plans that successfully maintain key performance indicators related to business objectives, profitability, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to increase retention and referrals to drive repeat sales.
- Drive and maximize organizational efficiency. Collaborate closely with the leadership team and the functional leaders of the organization.
- 10-20 years of combined experience in the EMS/ODM/OEM business, with the greater responsibilities of managing a multiple team of Sales or Key Account, a Project/Product team, or a Business Unit (BU).
- Strong connections and cooperation experiences with the US-based multinational companies, ideally consumer electronics brands such as Microsoft, HP, Dell, Amazon, Google, Apple, etc.
- Proven track records of successfully heading a team of Sales, Key Account, PM, R&D, or BU that exceeds the business targets. A team player who can thrive in helping corporate and client succeed. Able to work in a fast- paced and dynamic working environment.
- Client interfacing experience is a must.
- Mandarin speaking is a must. Ideally is able to use English for all the business meetings and discussions. Good communications and interpersonal skills.
