• Initiate and implement new product launch plan to ensure the success of launch campaigns.
• Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue.
• Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
• Propose holistic 360° marketing strategies (IMC/Digital/Trade/CRM/Sales) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
• Ensure high quality of execution (communications, events, podiums) and meet the deadlines.
• Plan and execute designate product management, including pricing, positioning, monthly forecast, stock, SKU management and product logistics related.
• Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and delivering efficiencies.
• Control the assigned A&P budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy.
• Lead Sales activation programs to improve brand visibility and achieve sales target.

• More than 5 years counter cosmetics marketing experience.
• Possess strategic thinking with good execution skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong entrepreneurship and full of creativity.
