- Initiate and implement new product launch plan to ensure the success of launch campaigns.
- Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue.
- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
- Propose holistic 360° marketing strategies (IMC/Digital/Trade/CRM/Sales) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
- Ensure high quality of execution (communications, events, podiums) and meet the deadlines.
- Plan and execute designate product management, including pricing, positioning, monthly forecast, stock, SKU management and product logistics related.
- Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and delivering efficiencies.
- Control the assigned A&P budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy.
- Lead Sales activation programs to improve brand visibility and achieve sales target.
- More than 5 years counter cosmetics marketing experience.
- Possess strategic thinking with good execution skills.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate strong entrepreneurship and full of creativity.
