Be responsible for the ongoing servicing and executing insurance solutions
Manages daily work within established guidelines and receives general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
Make a contribution to the success of the company through strategic growth of existing accounts and support new opportunities
Individual with knowledge of the principles and practices within a technical/ professional discipline.
Grow network within the insurance carriers and good on market intelligence through benchmarking, analytics, and evaluations, along with a high-touch approach to help brokers achieve their sustainability goals.

Operational Excellence

Applies company policies and procedures to deliver varied technical and professional activities and to resolve issues that are generally similar in nature.
Adhere the requirements from local regulations and Aon compliance.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

7+ years of relevant experience generally.
Proficiency in Chinese/English
Performs work in a specialized area of expertise that requires knowledge of fundamental themes, principles and concepts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to think strategically and analytically with good problem-solving skill
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Detailed minded, proactive, accurate and well organized.
