Your work will influence high-impact programs and shape how Uber serves customers across the region.What You'll Do//Make customer experiences smarter, faster, and better:
  • Lead or support large-scale, cross-functional projects with minimal guidance
  • Structure complex problems and develop data-driven, elegant solutions
  • Run experiments and surface insights to enhance support experiences
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Partner across teams to launch products, shape policies, and drive automation
What you need to be considered:
  • Experience in management consulting/fast paced tech firm in a business problem solving capacity
  • Proven track record running structured, cross-functional projects independently
  • Strong data fluency
  • Experience in a fast-paced, analytical, or operational role
