A significant aspect of your role involves partnering closely with key business leaders to understand team needs, anticipate growth, and strategize talent acquisition aligned with the company's expansion plan. - Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's goals.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, help define talent requirements, assess skill gaps, and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates capable of fueling the company's growth and spearheading transformative initiatives.
- Drive process improvement, continuously evaluating and refining the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, quality and improve the overall candidate experience.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify bottleneck, and make a data driven decision.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to optimize their performance and contribute to process enhancement, providing training on new methodologies, technologies, or approaches.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, employer branding, etc.
- Has 5+ years of extensive experience and expertise in full lifecycle recruiting with a strong track record of success
- Has excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Is capable to thrive in a start-up and fast paced environment.
- Experience in working in e-commerce OR global brands OR marketing agencies.
- Bachelor's degree majored in business, Human Resources or related majors.
- Experience with SQL or Tableau is a plus.
