Supplier Management Participate in commercial supplier qualification activities to ensure the commercial development of strategic suppliers Lead cross-category and significant company-to-company escalations; support category escalations for assigned suppliers as needed Serve as the center of knowledge for assigned supplier(s) and share knowledge with key stakeholders and members of the category teams to enable more effective planning, forecasting and execution Partner with the category team and stakeholders to build comprehensive view of supplier performance Communicate key supplier management updates and decisions to multiple levels in the organization, including Executive Leadership Provide market intelligence and category price trends to relevant internal stakeholders Collaborate across categories to ensure unified negotiation plans Develop a contract strategy for suppliers in assigned categories and create, negotiate, monitor and enforce contracted terms and conditions Collaborate with Stakeholders to Deliver Strategic Solutions Develop and maintain expertise in the assigned supplier(s) through relationships with Category Director, Global Category Managers, and Category Supplier Managers Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement processes A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven experience in category management and strategic sourcing. Strong negotiating and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with various individuals involved. Advanced skills in material cost structure understanding and analysis
