As part of your responsibilities you will be required to: Provide day to day technology directions and operations within Infrastructure of NAS/SAN protocol and NetApp/Dell EMC/Cisco hardware. IT Incident and Request handling and management within service level agreement Maintain IT operations by monitoring of system performance metrics and proactive actions Site expansion and global project execution Propose system or architectural design to improve performance, high availability, scalability and disaster recovery by innovative technologies and roadmap management 7x24 on-call shift for operational support and escalation Continually improves operations through routine monitoring of system performance metrics and proactive actions. Reviewing of system log files, trend analysis, configuration, incident and problem management processes. Recommends and works with the Solution and Enterprise Architect on system or architectural changes when needed to improve performance, high availability, scalability, or propose innovative technologies. Ensures architectural consistency and provides technical direction through roadmap process, knowledge management, disaster recovery plan development and testing. Creating all the necessary documentation for any changes in the environment or innovative technology deployments as reference architecture for the global operation team. Recommend English ability of TOEIC higher than 650 grades Major in Computer Science, Information Engineering, Information Management, or related fields Familiarity in programming skills such as Microsoft Powershell, Linux shell Experiences and skills in data analysis tool such as Splunk Experiences and skills in NetApp/Dell(PMAX, Powerscale)/Cisco hardware Experiences and skills in system infrastructure architecture is a plus e.g. NAS/SAN/Backup solution, Network TCP IP concept
