- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize local marketing activities in alignment with regional strategy.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Adapt and translate marketing content for local use while ensuring brand consistency.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence in Taiwan through website, SEO, social media, and online campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Customer & Partner Marketing
- Design and deliver marketing programs that strengthen relationships with customers and partners.
- Create case studies, testimonials, and local marketing materials to support sales efforts.
- Events & Campaigns
- Organize and execute local events, seminars, and client engagement activities.
- Manage logistics, vendors, and communications to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Sales and the Country Manager to align marketing activities with business priorities.
- Coordinate with the regional marketing team to localize campaigns, messaging, and initiatives.
- Product support
- Provide ad hoc support during clause validation process ensuring adherence local market regulations.
- Laise with Legal and Compliance to ensure full accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience, ideally in B2B or financial/professional services.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (spoken and written); strong translation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Experience in event management and partner/customer engagement marketing.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Self-starter mindset: proactive, resourceful, and eager to experiment with new approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
