- Test Preparation: Collaborate with product and development teams to understand initiative requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Test Execution: Execute test cases across various platforms (web/iOS/Android) environments (UAT/Pilot/Production), and downstream systems, and ensure all test results and screenshots are accurately and comprehensively documented.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and retest defects using bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira), ensuring clear communication with development teams for timely resolution.
- Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and new features or tech initiatives are implemented to ensure existing functionalities remain intact.
- Admin Support: Support daily tasks and operations, including reports, process management, other administrative task and ad-hoc duties.
- Collaboration: Actively participate in agile meetings (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and communicate test progress, results, and risks to the team.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: Software QA experience in financial industry is highly preferred
- Language: Intermediate or above English skill level is preferred
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, efficient, proactive, and positive work attitude

- 行政支援: 協助日常任務和營運,包括報表、流程管理、其他行政事務及臨時性指派任務。
- 團隊協作: 積極參與Agile會議,並向團隊溝通測試進度、結果和風險。
- 教育背景: 大專以上學歷
- 工作經驗: 具備軟體品質保證(QA)經驗,有金融行業背景者佳
- 語言能力: 英語能力中級以上者佳
