- Perform the investment product parameter setting and troubleshooting
- Perform GLAO reconciliation process and troubleshooting
- Perform RCSA, SCSA, PDPA, BIA/BCP working paper and review on WMO department level.
- Verify regulatory reporting data of FSC/TA/CBC reporting.
- Co-working with stakeholder for assigned project, such as Product team, IT, Branch etc.
- Support to communicate with Test Leads and project team members to run the project in an agile way
- Support end to end UAT testing, data verification and result validation before project/enhancement sign-off
- Assist in UAT issue log, tracking, testing, re-testing and consolidation report.
- Trouble shooting for customer complaints, resolving product incidents, and write the incident report.
- Well communicate with stakeholders to resolve any ad hoc inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree / University degree.
- Familiar with Microsoft word and Microsoft excel.
- Moderate knowledge of banking and investment products
- 信託證照 跟 內稽內控證照 are must
- 結構型商品證照 或 初級或高級證券商營業員證照 is a plus
- Patience and able to work under pressure and overtime
