工作內容： Business Function

As a leader in treasury operations, DBS extends a broad range of capabilities in foreign exchange and derivatives, money market and securities trading, to corporations and financial institutions. DBS trades in a comprehensive product range, including foreign exchange, as well as interest rates and derivatives. Treasury & Markets (T&M) provides total solutions to serve DBS clients' hedging and investment needs with a regional emphasis. We have a strong record in providing innovative wealth management solutions to our individual investors. We are a leader in SGD and regional products with an excellent, customer-driven research capability and with cutting-edge risk management technology and systems.Key Accountabilities
．Achieve annual financial target, in accordance with team and individual budget
．Formulate and actively market fixed income trade ideas to both external financial institutional clients and internal partner (Consumer Banking Group) using multiple analytical tools and methodologies.
．Build knowledge of clients' investment needs, assess market trends and macroeconomic themes, and provide appropriate solutions to meet clients' needs.
．Regularly conduct market briefing, RM product training, customer seminars, etc.Job Duties & Responsibilities
．Active coverage of both internal partners (Consumer Banking Group - CBG) & external investors (Taiwan financial institutions) on product ideas and investment solutions.
．Build and maintain business relationships with clients and stakeholders in assigned areas of responsibility.
．Work closely with Trading, Syndicate and Research on marketing of DBS fixed income franchise and execution of trades.
．Close collaboration with CBG on idea generation, ensuring alignment with overall investment strategy and risk appetite.
．Preparation of marketing deck of trade ideas fomulated.
．Effectively partner with other asset class teams to promote cross-selling across the firm.
．Comply with regulations, code of conduct of the bank and industry, internal policies, and standards. * 薪資待遇：薪資面議(經常性薪資達4萬元含以上)

Minimum Requirements．Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent. ．5 years of relevant financial markets experience with a good understanding of credit products - Corporate and government bonds．Knowledge of the wealth management business ．Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills ．Proficient in Microsoft Office Products ．Self-motivated team player with ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment．Proficient in both English and Mandarin．Good understanding of other wealth management products would be a plus point
