  • Lead and deliver consulting engagements across areas such as payment strategy, digital transformation, customer experience, and risk management.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and data-driven strategies to solve complex client challenges.
  • Manage a pipeline of strategic planning and analytics projects with financial institutions and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to co-create impactful solutions.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to improve client performance and profitability.
  • Support clients in enhancing their digital channels and customer engagement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
  • Strategic Thinker with a strong background in consulting, payments, or financial services (8-12 years depending on level).
  • Data-Driven Problem Solver who can translate complex data into actionable insights and business strategies.
  • Client-Centric Communicator with excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project Leader experienced in managing cross-functional teams and delivering results in matrixed organizations.
  • Digitally Fluent with hands-on experience in digital transformation, customer lifecycle management, and campaign execution.
  • Bilingual Professional fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Taiwan Market Expert with deep knowledge of the local financial services ecosystem.
