- Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract passive and active candidates, including online job boards, professional networking sites, and targeted outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and providing feedback to hiring managers.
- Negotiate and close offers with top candidates, and ensure a smooth on-boarding experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies within the tech industry.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain a strong network of technical talent for future opportunities.
- Solid experience in technical, engineering and manufacturing related recruitment
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top technical talent (R&D, Process, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life-cycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
- Experience with recruiting agency is highly preferred
