What You'll Do / ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionAssist in financial accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation, verifying financial accounting vouchers, including both revenue and expense aspects.Collaborate with the headquarters finance team and local accounting firm to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.Support headquarters in implementing sales and financial operation processes to ensure smooth operations.Maintain office supplies inventory and manage office correspondence, including letters, and packages and placing ordersAssist in the planning and execution of company events and employee engagement activities and perform general administrative tasksMaintain office policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, preparing and organizing office documents and reports, and assisting in onboarding new hires.Required QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business management or a related field.Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role, preferably with financial accounting responsibilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management systems.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.Preferred QualificationsNice to have:Prior experience in payroll administration and tax compliance is a plus.Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.Benefits / CompensationFlexible working hours/ locationUnlimited PTO (paid-time off)Tuition reimbursementHealth-check subsidySalaryTWD 600,000 ~ 800,000 / year
