Achieve safety, technology, budget, and construction goals by supervising the execution of acquired projects on-site 2. Discuss and negotiate with various stakeholders on site, manage the subcontractor as the site manager of the project, and communicate with customers. 3. When technical decisions are required in on-site construction and test runs, work with the engineering and operations teams to formulate policies. 4. If there is a difference from the plan, promptly quantify it and formulate a response policy. 5. Continuously pursue methods to increase on-site productivity and formulate concrete measures 6.
