Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Specialist to drive our Culture, Wellbeing, and Organization Design initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving our people strategy from OD’s angle, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring DBS remains a great place to work. You will partner with business and HR colleagues to design and implement programs that strengthen our organizational culture, foster wellbeing, and optimize workforce performance.Key ResponsibilitiesCulture & Engagement
  • Champion DBS’s values and embed them across all levels of the organization.
  • Design and execute culture-building initiatives to foster DBS values.
  • Analyze engagement survey results, identify focus areas, and develop targeted action plans.
  • Partner with leaders to role-model cultural behaviors and strengthen leadership impact.
Wellbeing
  • Craft local wellbeing strategy and programs across physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing pillars.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and implement enhancements based on employee feedback and data.
  • Coordinate wellbeing events, campaigns, and learning sessions that support a healthy, engaged workforce.
  • Work with Group Wellbeing team and execute relevant projects/programs.
Organization Design & Development
  • Support organizational design projects, ensuring alignment with Group and country strategic business priorities.
  • Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.
  • Enhance feedback culture by embedding regular, constructive, and growth-oriented feedback practices.
  • Partner on strategic workforce planning initiatives, including capability mapping and future skills readiness.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years’ HR experience, with expertise in culture, wellbeing, and/or organizational development being a plus.
  • Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and workforce planning tools.
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Passionate about employee experience, inclusive culture, and continuous improvement.
