- Champion DBS’s values and embed them across all levels of the organization.
- Design and execute culture-building initiatives to foster DBS values.
- Analyze engagement survey results, identify focus areas, and develop targeted action plans.
- Partner with leaders to role-model cultural behaviors and strengthen leadership impact.
- Craft local wellbeing strategy and programs across physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing pillars.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and implement enhancements based on employee feedback and data.
- Coordinate wellbeing events, campaigns, and learning sessions that support a healthy, engaged workforce.
- Work with Group Wellbeing team and execute relevant projects/programs.
- Support organizational design projects, ensuring alignment with Group and country strategic business priorities.
- Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews.
- Enhance feedback culture by embedding regular, constructive, and growth-oriented feedback practices.
- Partner on strategic workforce planning initiatives, including capability mapping and future skills readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7 years’ HR experience, with expertise in culture, wellbeing, and/or organizational development being a plus.
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and workforce planning tools.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
