You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.Our TeamThe Business Automation team builds innovative software, tooling and automation used to operate the world's most secure cryptocurrency company.About this RoleWe're looking for self driven experimenters who can help drive improvements for a constantly changing business.We like candidates that love to learn, share knowledge, and who have problem solving mindsets.You will be working with the all internal teams of on high availability products and tooling critical to 's success.Some of the areas you will be contributing heavily to:

We are a remote team, and work in the U.K. and Hong Kong time zones.Requirements

Build new software, tooling and automation for the internal teams of
Iterate and improve on distributed and mission critical services
Manage project priorities and deliver high quality, tested code
End-to-end web or mobile application development
Strong knowledge of one backend language (preferably Elixir,

or Ruby) * Experience in one of the following:

A modern JavaScript framework (React, Vue, etc)
Kotlin
Swift
Test Driven Development
General experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases

Good to have:

Ability to teach and mentor others

Functional Programming
DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure)
