We’re proud to deliver programs and products to the highest quality standards, on time and within budget.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Senior Principal Systems Development Engineer on our Custom Design Engineering Team in Taipei, Taiwan.What you’ll achieveAs a Senior Principal Systems Development Engineer in the Custom Design Group, you’ll work closely with customers and sales teams to help deliver custom solutions based on the Dell portfolio of products to achieve a customers individual goals. This role will be responsible for driving scope lock, feasibility, design, validation, and deployment of a solution. You’ll be the lead engineer coordinating communication, overseeing engineering extended teams and ODMs, and removing roadblocks for success.You will:Work closely with customers to clearly understand their unique requirements. Assess feasibility of the requested solution and develop a validation strategy that balances speed and riskBring together teams across Dell and our Development Partners/ODMs to create and deliver on a positive outcome for our customersEvaluates technical options and represents business requirements to the engineering organization through responses to the market requirement documents and detailed functional specificationsLead and mentor through any technical issues that arise during development activitiesOwn multiple projects concurrently from inception to factory releaseTake the first step towards your dream career
