- Lead brand strategy and development, including data mining, strategy planning and budget management.
- Identify portfolio opportunity and optimize portfolio mix through analysis and management of NPD projects.
- Identify ATL growth drivers and generate content in traditional/digital marketing channel by working with digital/PR team.
- Understand consumer and market insight by collecting and analyzing data, and finding implications and making plans by working with consumer planning team.
- Oversee brand budget in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Conduct robust Pre/Post-M&E for ATL-driven activation.
- Lead ATL/through-the-line campaign and ensure effective execution by working with external agencies and internal cross-function partners including trade marketing, sales, supply chain and finance team.
- Achieve annual brand goals of sales value/volume, market share, P&L and brand attribute targets including top of mind awareness and brand equity building.
- Deliver high-quality execution standard that complies with company and brand guideline.
- Keep optimizing the execution plan, media mix and content strategy to improve the outcome.
- 7+ years' experience in Marketing in MNC company with sports/FMCG industry preferred; a history of working across media, digital, experiential, PR, culture is more than welcomed.
- Experience in strategic penetration to consumer & shopper insight, category trend and competition to develop marketing strategy and execution plan that unlocks growth opportunities.
- Holistic skill set and experience at managing top-tier global brand with large scale of A&P investment on multiple media touchpoints (ex: TV, Social, Event… etc.) and through-the-line activities as well as a track record of delivering transformational business results.
- Strong communication and presentation skill in engagement of global/senior stakeholders and cross-function teams to get alignment, resulting in strong and positive outcomes.
- Demonstration of brilliant execution across various pillars of brand building.
- Strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail.
- Product innovation experience is a plus.
