• Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 6 years of related experience in component and/or module manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following processes: SMT, lamination, screen-printing, laser cutting, edging, molding, 3D printing.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following materials: adhesives (e.g. PSA, OCA, LOCA, glue), optical coatings, ophthalmic lenses, electrochemical

• Define handling methods and SOPs
• Support definition and implementation of traceability strategy
• Measure and report on Operational metrics
• Use data analysis to validate and improve in-process quality control (IPQC) plans
• Create, track, and maintain process and equipment convergence plans
• Provide product build support for Major Issues List (MIL) closure, excursion troubleshooting, and as-needed escalation

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent + 6 years of related experience in component and/or module manufacturing processes
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following processes: SMT, lamination, screen-printing, laser cutting, edging, molding, 3D printing.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following materials: adhesives (e.g. PSA, OCA, LOCA, glue), optical coatings, ophthalmic lenses, electrochemical cells.
• Experience measuring, reporting, and continuous improvement of Operational metrics, including overall equipment efficiency (OEE), units per hour (UPH), process capability (Cp, Cpk), yield, etc.
• Knowledge in statistical methods (6s, SPC, Cpk) for data analysis in production control processes
• Experience designing and executing development projects with a design of experiment approach (DOE) to service, troubleshoot, and solve engineering problems
