
Regional Sales Manager (Southern Taiwan)

- Develop and execute sales strategies across all channels (CVS, distributors, etc.) for Southern Taiwan.
- Monitor inventory and market trends; provide insights to enhance coverage and sell-through
- Track KPIs and report sales performance to senior leadership
- Manage distributor credit limits and ensure timely receivables collection
- Control operating costs and improve profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and channel partners
- Prepare monthly reports (sell-in/sell-out, market share, service levels)
- Oversee manpower planning, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety, risk, and operational policies
- Over 10 years of experience in FMCG sales/Key account/trade marketing positions (tobacco, wine & spirit, food & beverages preferred).
- Over 5 years as managerial position and manage the teams at least 5-10 members.
- Experience working with distributors and external business partners.
- Good command in English and Taiwanese. Native in Mandarin.
