Team Structure: Two direct reports (Sales Manager and Engineering Manager) with a total team size of approximately 12–14 members.Role OverviewAs the Local Division Manager, you will be responsible for executing the service strategy and driving business growth within your unit. You will lead the Service organization, managing the P&L to meet performance objectives while optimizing the use of resources. Your role involves overseeing daily service operations to ensure profitability, sustainable growth, and enhanced productivity.This position plays a key role in supporting the Motion Service Division in Taiwan.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the management team to define and execute the service strategy.Collaborate with other business units to ensure the consistent application of strategic plans within the service organization.Lead the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of unit P&L performance targets, covering financial results, productivity, investments, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.Enhance the quality of existing service offerings and develop new products to expand the service portfolio in line with global objectives.QualificationsMinimum of 15 years’ experience in the service market, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.Proficient in English communication.To apply it, please send your resume to christine.chen@morganphilips.com
