• Educated and inspire internal employee and external shopper, customer.
• Be the speaker and support mentoring program.
• Work closing with brand team and customer marketing team.
• Provide market intelligence include market trend, competitor key actions and shopper preference.
• Ensure Diageo Execution standard is achieved.
• Support key activation and newly initiative
• Support MBP (trade strategy) process
• Support brand to deliver brand objectives – brand communication & innovation (base on BM's brief)

• 3+ years in related industry experience
• Strong presenting capabilities and consumer understanding
• Master at creating alignment across our consumer, shopper, customer and channel agenda
• Proven success at driving change and inspiring and influencing significant (or cross-functional) teams to get behind new ideas
• Strong team player
• Proven success in execution excellence
• Good at detail analysis and finding insights
• Good time management, priority setting and communication skills
