Responsible for supervise product test sustaining and new product development support activities, participate quality improvement & cost reduction projects, and provide technical supports to sales/marketing, within corporate policies, so as to support engineering, sales/marketing, and manufacturing to achieve business goalsJob Location:Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd one of the world's foremost manufacturers of power MOSFETs is in Nanzih Technology Industrial Park, Kaohsiung which is home to several semiconductor packaging and advanced semiconductor engineering group. Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies. It is very convenient to visit us through public transportation: bus lines and just 8 mins walk from Nanzih Export Processing Zone MRT station and 10 mins drive time from Zuoyang High speed rail station.What you will be doing:
  • Supervise and execute engineering build & characterization for new product development.
  • Support division R&D and sales/marketing for new product release and introduction to satisfy customer requirement and gain new business.
  • Support plant manufacturing to monitor test yield and provide necessary analysis to improve yield & product quality to satisfy customer requirement.
  • Supervise and follow up testing floor sustaining.
  • Provide technical & product knowledge to sales/marketing, QRA, plant manufacturing for new released product
  • Organize, execute, & supervise developmental activities and report or communicate with related parties
  • Support customer complain verification/analysis and action prevention
What you will bring along:
  • 10+ years in product or testing engineering with 5 years in managerial position. Hands-on experience on Power Discrete and/or Power Management IC, e.g., Dr MOS, highly preferred
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Be able to make oversea trip by request.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
