職缺描述Channel Strategy & ABP Development • Build channel fact books and identify key drivers and opportunities. • Lead workshops to support business planning. • Develop annual channel plans with marketing and commercial teams. • Test new initiatives to drive channel growth. Execution Optimization • Align cross-functional plans into actionable calendars. • Track KPIs and adjust plans to meet goals. • Support new product development and BTL planning. • Assist customer teams with channel-aligned strategies. Market & Channel Insights • Conduct market research (e.g., OBPPC, PITA, POE). • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities. Project Management • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver key initiatives. • Ensure projects are executed on time and aligned with goals.
