- Drive action plan for performance improvement & contribute to risk management.
- Collaborate with the Procurement team (incl. Project Material Manager an Project Procurement manager) to ensure the contractual agreements are reflected in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
- Follow up the logistics and packaging.
- Work closely with PMM/PM/Logistics for preparation like - SCM Spec., Billing information, PR process etc.

- Express delivery needs to Suppliers using the dedicated tools
- Follow up deliveries and ensure the availability of goods for Alstom projects
- Monitor Supplier's performances KPI's
- Participate/lead Supplier's performances improvement
- Contribute with SC inputs for supplier selection
- Contribute to the project SC objectives and targets by ensuring material planning and ERP settings are in line with these objectives
- Internal suppliers: Manage Purchase Requisition until Material Planning documents creation
- External suppliers: Prepare the Purchase Requisition and follow up with Procurement the Purchase Requisition level maturity for launching Material Planning documents
- Ensure and update the accuracy of material planning master data (in compliance with stock and logistic constraints)
- Releasing PR in GSI system using input shared by PMM in PO Tracker sheet and send PO created by Sourcing to Supplier and follow up for order acknowledgement and ensure on time delivery of material.
- Create the Material Planning documents (Call-off, Schedule Agreement) & respective Source List and Quota Management
- Need to interact majorly with local suppliers and if need interact with customer as well for any critical matter.
- Need to communicate and manage supplier related issue impacting delivery or quality of material.
- Update the internal or external reports to understand the overall status for supply chain activities.
- Basic overall knowledge of railway products and systems
- Experiences in Logisitc and Supply Chian indurstry
- Rigorous, structured and sense of anticipation
- Good Communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker, multi-tasking mode
- Comfortable in an international and a multi-cultural environment.
