- Provide 2nd-level infrastructure support to MB Taiwan, MBFS Taiwan, and dealers.
- Manage infrastructure changes in line with change management and ITIL standards.
- Oversee on-premise/cloud infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization) with high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance; support annual DR/BCP exercises.
- Review external service delivery to ensure SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for incident resolution.
- Support procurement and vendor management activities.
- Act as local liaison for regional/global IT projects and ensure HQ alignment.
- Drive modernization of legacy systems into cloud platforms (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
- Recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain and update application inventory.
- Manage access rights and coordinate vendor support.
- Assist IT Security Manager in safeguarding systems and data.
- Monitor and report security issues; enforce access controls.
- Support audits and regulatory compliance activities.
- Partner with business units to align IT infrastructure with digital strategy.
- Mentor IT colleagues and promote knowledge sharing.
- Engage cross-border teams (HQ, MBHK, ITT Singapore) for joint initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: AWS/Azure Architect, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, PMP, CISSP.
- 5+ years in IT infrastructure management and cloud platforms.
- Hands-on experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Ansible.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a matrix environment.
