This role offers the opportunity to lead the full lifecycle development of advanced RF (Coraxial Connector) interconnect products—from initial concept through design, development, and release. The ideal candidate will have strong design experience and the capability to manage both new product introduction and sustaining engineering efforts.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and refine product scopes for new development initiatives.Utilize 3D CAD tools to conceptualize and design RF interconnect components.Provide technical guidance for fabrication, testing, and troubleshooting.Define test and characterization plans for new products.Participate in peer design reviews and contribute to cross-functional design discussions.Approve detailed technical drawings for product designs.Implement design improvements within manufacturing processes as needed.Analyze test results and manage deviations or anomalies accordingly.Support design efforts to ensure manufacturability and production readiness.Mentor junior engineers and support the technical growth of the team.Manage multiple projects with shifting priorities.Coordinate and communicate across departments including Marketing, Quality, and Operations.Delegate tasks and oversee project progress, offering support where necessary.Define and track team performance metrics.Note: The above responsibilities are intended as general guidelines. Additional tasks may be assigned based on individual strengths and business needs.Required Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in inside or technical sales, with background in product customization or modification preferred.High attention to detail, especially when reviewing customer requirements, SOWs, and technical drawings.Demonstrated project management experience from product concept and quotation through production release.Excellent communication and customer service skills, with frequent collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Operations.Prior experience in the connector or interconnect industry is preferred.Technical education or equivalent background is required.Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods (at least 90 minutes) without impairment due to sensory or motor limitations.
