- Ensures alignment and compliance with regional and cluster-level procurement strategies to support cohesive and effective execution.
- Manages regional and local supplier networks, negotiates strategic contracts to ensure optimal and sustainable supply conditions, and recommends timely decisions to mitigate procurement inefficiencies.
- Ensures sustainability of supply and effective supplier relationship management throughout the supply chain.
- Leads procurement negotiations to meet defined KPIs and savings targets, while developing and recommending strategic sourcing plans that support organizational goals.
- Establishes strong business connectivity and cultivates collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to support strategic objectives.
- Leverages category intelligence to identify trends and opportunities, applies procurement best practices using advanced models, conducts supply risk assessments, and proactively develops contingency plans and innovative sourcing strategies to secure optimal conditions for the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong skills in Project Management, Vendor Management, Market Intelligence, and Data Analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Proficient in SAP systems
