Our mission is to build cutting-edge cloud security solutions that protect our customers from evolving threats.As a Backend Engineer in our Security Operations team, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust backend services and data pipelines that power our cloud security solutions. You will play a critical role in building the intelligence layer that enables advanced threat detection, automation, and response across diverse multi-cloud environments. You'll collaborate closely with architects, DevSecOps, and threat researchers to create scalable and resilient security frameworks and services.If you are a passionate, curious, and proactive Backend Engineer with a drive for innovation, especially in leveraging AI for cybersecurity, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:

Delivery of features from planning, design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs for cloud security products.
Build and optimize data pipelines to ingest, process, and analyze large volumes of security telemetry for threat detection and operational insights.
Implement and integrate security automation, compliance monitoring, and threat detection mechanisms into backend systems.
Leverage AI/ML techniques to enhance security automation, improve threat detection accuracy, and enable proactive response mechanisms within our security operations.
Work closely with stakeholders for requirement discussion, cross-team integration, and troubleshooting.
Improve delivery process & quality continuously including automation and working model refinement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
1+ year of professional experience in backend development, preferably within the cybersecurity or security operations domain.
Demonstrated ability and passion for AI/ML development, particularly in applying these technologies to solve complex challenges.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience with security services and APIs from at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud).
Deep curiosity and passion for technology
Proactive and self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
A collaborative team player who is eager to learn, share knowledge, and continuously improve.

Big Plus:

Familiar with cloud infrastructure such as networking, security and computing stack.
Experienced in operating products/services with large scale.
Experienced in leading teams or projects.
Experienced in Docker/K8S/CI/CD
Deep understanding of networking and Linux operation system.
