
Partnership Business Analyst

- Oversee day-to-day operations and documentation with partners.
- Resolve incoming operational issues or requests related to the business.
- Manage routine business referrals and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist the partnership manager in managing channel acquisitions, account development, sales training, acquisition activities, marketing programs, and administrative tasks.
- Provide support in designing and implementing sales incentive and award programs to drive sales performance.
- Acquire accounts from prospect lists, as requested, to expand the spending network and merchant coverage.
- Support the partnership manager in leading various business projects and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales or customer service is required.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with colleagues.
- Self-motivated individual capable of achieving goals and operating independently.
