The position also involves seeking new opportunities to acquire prospects as assigned by leadership.Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1. Partnership Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and documentation with partners.
  • Resolve incoming operational issues or requests related to the business.
  • Manage routine business referrals and ensure timely resolution.
2. Business Development:
  • Assist the partnership manager in managing channel acquisitions, account development, sales training, acquisition activities, marketing programs, and administrative tasks.
  • Provide support in designing and implementing sales incentive and award programs to drive sales performance.
  • Acquire accounts from prospect lists, as requested, to expand the spending network and merchant coverage.
3. Project Support:
  • Support the partnership manager in leading various business projects and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is required.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with colleagues.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of achieving goals and operating independently.
