RUCKUS One empowers businesses with actionable insights and optimized network performance for exceptional user experiences. This role is crucial for ensuring on-time, high- quality, within-budget project delivery, and driving continuous improvement in our program management practices.The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, team-oriented, results-oriented individual with a proven track record of managing complex cloud /network software development projects with geographically distributed teams.How You'll Help us Connect The WorldYou will be responsible for:

Program Management:

Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including scope, dependencies, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams. Lead project execution within the program, ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
Communicate status and issues to management in a timely manner.
Drive to closure program issues related to day-to-day activities among multiple programs.
Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to track project progress, manage tasks, and generate regular status reports.
Track, update, and monitor customer statistics on escalations, patch releases, and release schedules.
Tactical focal point for all project-related activities.
Host, organize, and participate in project meetings and conference calls, record meeting minutes and actions.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams located both locally and in other time zones, fostering collaboration and effective communication. This includes managing dependencies and resolving conflicts.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders .Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and other relevant parties. Address stakeholder concerns and ensure their needs are met.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and best practices within the team.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in managing complex software engineering development and software engineering programs with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS/PaaS projects
Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
High degree of flexibility and adaptability and conflict management capability.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, Negotiation and risk management skills.
Self-motivated, self-directed, and politically astute.
Energetic, action-oriented ,detail-oriented, results-oriented and well organized.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Scrum Master experience is a plus
