
Events and Marketing Coordinator

- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events across the APAC region.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor management, budgeting, invitations, and post-event reporting.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, product, leadership) to align event goals with business objectives.
- Coordinate event materials, including signage, swag, presentations, and promotional assets.
- Oversee registration platforms, RSVPs, and attendee communications.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote events and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate on the creation of event-related content (emails, landing pages, social media posts).
- Support regional marketing initiatives, including lead generation and nurturing efforts.
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- 2-3 years’ experience in event coordination or event marketing, ideally within the APAC region.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with event platforms (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite), webinar tools (e.g., Zoom, ON24), and CRM/marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel occasionally across the APAC region for on-site event support.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment.
- Fluency in English required; additional Asian language(s) a plus.
