Job Title: Global PMC Leader (Successor to PMC Head)ResponsibilitiesGlobal Production & Sales StrategyFormulate and drive cross-national production and sales coordination strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.Establish standardized processes and decision-making mechanisms to enhance multi-site collaboration efficiency.Global ADS & Inactive Inventory ManagementDevelop global policies and procedures for inactive inventory management and disposition.Leverage AI tools for inventory classification, risk forecasting, and prioritization of disposal strategies.Demand Forecasting & Supply Risk AssessmentBuild forecasting models to simulate demand fluctuations and propose corresponding strategies.Track forecast accuracy, continuously refining model parameters and data quality.Hub Inventory Strategy & MonitoringDesign hub-based inventory allocation strategies to maximize resource flexibility.Monitor abnormal inventory and system anomalies, providing actionable improvement recommendations.Cross-Functional & Cross-Border LeadershipCoordinate processes such as material planning, allocation confirmation, and part transfers across sites.Establish robust communication mechanisms to ensure transparency and alignment in decision-making.AI-Driven Applications & Data-Driven Decision MakingDrive AI adoption in supply chain management, including predictive modeling, anomaly detection, and inventory optimization.Partner with IT and data teams to implement automated analytics tools and real-time dashboards.Team Leadership & Talent DevelopmentLead and develop a multinational team, overseeing task allocation, performance management, and capability building.Define team objectives and KPIs, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategic direction.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Information Management, or related fields.Experience:Background in the networking/telecommunications industry or prior experience with large EMS companies preferred.Proven experience in multi-site production and sales coordination, with strong expertise in global supply chain strategy and execution.Leadership experience managing cross-functional or cross-regional teams.Skills:Strategic mindset with strong international perspective; capable of formulating and executing global policies.Proficiency in ERP/ASCP systems, including exception handling.Strong English communication skills, with the ability to independently lead international meetings and prepare reports.Familiarity with AI tools for supply chain applications (e.g., forecasting models, anomaly detection, inventory classification).Preferred QualificationsExperience in global projects or multi-site collaboration.Familiarity with GPMC processes and supply chain data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Python, advanced Excel).Professional certifications such as PMP, APICS, or AI-related credentials.
