Build Sales-Information-System, provide biz performance tracking tool and ad-hoc analysis for special subject requested;
Track competitor performance and providing daily and monthly reports;
Establish sales operation process management policy to improve operating organization efficiency;
Monitor and control routine sales operation against policy and process;
Support to implement ePOS system and ePOS relative problems solving;
Monitor and provide information to sales force to ensure efficient front-line stock management and reduce stock level;
Manage order-taking operation and ensure cycle closing accuracy and connection to AR policy and process;
Support Department Head to monitor and control sales force’s PNL & Non PNL cost.

Your ideal profile:

At least 3 years experience in retail operation, preferably in retail industry
Technical skills: Good domain Knowledge on retail operation
Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
IT proficiency: Excellent Excel & Power Point skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Other skills: Excellent organizational and analytical skills, Strong leadership, communication and supervisory skills
