Primary responsibilities of this position are to implement all of the sales demand creation activities in Taiwan, with emphasis on the strategic local OEM account targets, as defined by APAC Sales Team Strategy. The objectives are attained through individual sales efforts, customer visits, account management, and working with the rest of the Taiwan Sales Team. A. OEM 1. Identify market opportunities in Taiwan 2. Develop new clients to increase customer counts 3. Drive development for demand creation through R/D and Component Engineering 4. Maintain relationships with existing clients 5. Using standardized sales tool, effectively maintain and update progress/status on new opportunities B. EMS: Coordinates with other team members for Taiwan fulfillment activities to ensure maximum sales volume for those programs running through selected EMS accounts. C. Distribution: Strategy to achieve New Customer and Business 1. End-Customer targets; identify potential customers 2. Bachelor's degree 5 years+ technical sales in Electronics or Electrical Industry
