- Workflow Design and Automation: Creating automated workflows within SampleManager to streamline laboratory processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Training and Support: Providing training to laboratory staff on how to effectively use the LIMS and offering ongoing support for troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Compliance Management: Ensuring that the LIMS implementation adheres to relevant regulatory requirements, such as those for data integrity and audit trails.
- Data Management and Analytics: Helping laboratories manage and analyze data generated within the LIMS, including using data analytics tools to identify trends and improve performance.
- Project Management: Managing the entire implementation process, from initial planning to go-live and beyond, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
