- Responsible for the daily operation of the dialing system, monitoring system health, and promptly troubleshooting common issues. Execute the setup, adjustment, and launch of dialing campaigns to ensure effective strategy execution
- Provide first- or second-level technical support for system-related inquiries, assisting users with their issues
- Generate various operational and performance MIS reports to provide data support for business decisions. Analyze dialing data to identify potential efficiency improvements and assist in optimizing dialing strategies
- Assist in project UAT and go-live testing for system upgrades or new functionalities
- Ad-hoc assignments
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in information systems or a related field
- Proficiency in Python language and familiar with MS office (Excel and Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Willingness to participate in shift rotations, including evening shifts (latest ending at 7:30 PM)
