This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and recruitment marketing. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a proven track record or scaling tech startups and e-commerce platforms in competitive marketing, particularly in Asia (although not an essential requirement).What You Will DoDevelop and lead comprehensive growth marketing strategies across various digital channels (e.g., paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing).Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and improve candidate acquisition and retention.Ability to work with workforce suppliers and strategize to leverage them for the workforce fulfilmentDefine roadmap for growth working Product and Engineering teams to build capabilities to improve efficiency of marketing spend.Lead discussions and manage relationships with senior stakeholders with other performance marketing channel partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, operations, and product teams to align marketing efforts with recruitment goals.Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Analyse market trends and candidate behaviour to identify and capitalize on recruitment opportunities.Basic Qualifications8-12 years in performance marketing with at least 4 years in leadership role, ideally in a fast-growth tech company or e-commerce platform at scale.Experience leading cross-channel marketing strategies (paid, organic and social, search and display marketing).A proven track record of leading acquisition, engagement and funnel optimization with a focus on long-term growth.Strong proficiency in using data and analytics to 'deep dive' on challenges to help guide business decisions.Demonstrated bias for action, with a proven ability to execute rapidly, take ownership, and drive initiatives from concept to completion.Known for decisiveness, pragmatic problem-solving, and the ability to pivot quickly in response to market demands.Experience in leading and scaling high-performing, cross-functional teams across geographies.Highly credible with the ability to work with leadership, inform and support decision making by leveraging your deep expertise in growth marketing.Recruitment Process and OthersRecruitment Process
