- Assist HiPO Partner treatment & Partner Benefits long term strategy plans together with Geo SMB Leader, GEO Marketing Leader and L360
- Continuous liaison between Geo SMB, Geo Marketing and Velocity project
- Raise awareness of the HiPO Partner treatment & Partner Benefits program to local business function and teams
- Participate in Velocity deployment calls
- Plan, execute and coordinate Velocity project activities for timely completions
- Successfully deploy Phase 2 deliverables of Velocity HiPO Partner treatment & Partner Benefits program as well as define new long term deliverables together with Geo SMB Leader, GEO Marketing Leader and Velocity GPO
- Align, monitor and help measure ROI of the deployed deliverables
- Manage, develop and implement marketing programs to grow business through Lenovo's channel partners. Programs include: traditional marketing communications, sales enablement, partner briefings and events, syndication, loyalty/engagement programs and more.
- Manage the strategic planning, timeline and execution of partner programs in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
- Understand current SMB PC landscape and develop strategies and marketing programs to grow share and revenue
- Lead the development of co-marketing demand generation marketing communication plans with business partners
- Integration into channel sales organization for specific tactical development.
- Budget ownership for specific projects managed, including budget management with relevant alliance partners.
- Manage and analyze program metrics.
- Customer presentations to channel partners at all levels
