- Manage daily HR operations for onsite workforce: drivers, sorters, camp leaders, and sub-hub managers.
- Oversee attendance tracking, shift scheduling, overtime, and leave management to ensure fairness and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, working hours regulations, and company HR policies
- Partner with camp leaders and shift managers to resolve workforce shortages, absenteeism, and scheduling conflicts.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee issues, grievances, and workplace disputes.
- Build strong trust-based relationships with frontline workers and managers.
- Proactively manage ER (Employee Relations) cases to minimize escalation.
- Implement engagement programs to improve morale, retention, and productivity of drivers and sorters.
- Support recruitment activities for frontline workers and supervisors in coordination with Business Talent Acquisition Team.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs at camps and sub-hubs to ensure smooth integration.
- Monitor probationary reviews and support early performance feedback for new hires.
- Partner with camp managers to implement performance management process for frontline teams.
- Guide supervisors in handling low performance, PIP (Performance Improvement Plan), and coaching conversations.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with L&D to provide skill-building for drivers, sorters, and shift leaders.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations at camps and hubs.
- Work with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team to reinforce safety awareness and reporting culture.
- Monitor disciplinary cases involving accidents, safety breaches, or misconduct.
- Track and report key workforce metrics: headcount, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, ER issues.
- Provide weekly and monthly HR updates to HR leadership and logistics operations management.
- Use data to recommend improvements in workforce planning, scheduling, and retention.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills; ability to manage blue-collar and supervisory levels.
- Hands-on problem solver; comfortable working in field operations (camps, hubs, warehouses).
- Good knowledge of labor law, shift scheduling, and blue-collar workforce practices.
- Ability to balance employee needs and business priorities under high-pressure situations.
- Strong communication and coaching skills with ability to influence frontline leaders.
- Analytical mindset to use HR data and metrics for decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years HR experience, with at least 2 years in logistics, manufacturing, or frontline-heavy industries.
- Experience managing large-scale blue-collar workforce (drivers, warehouse sorters, operators).
- Proven record of employee relations management, shift workforce scheduling, and compliance.
- Willingness to travel frequently to multiple sub-hubs and mobile camps.
- Bilingual ability (local language + English) preferred.
